From context, Swinger Code was presumably about swing dancing, as opposed to the non-monogamous practice known as swinging.

Swinger Code was linked from a KnowYourMeme article about the Geek Code in a citation titled “Yehoodi – What’s Your Swinger Code? (2000)” (referring to yehoodi.com, a swing dance community site). However, Yehoodi was taken down in 2023, and the linked URL wasn’t archived.
