Decoder notes

Some changes were needed to avoid ambiguities:

• Binge Eating Disorder was changed from B to BE to avoid conflict with Bipolar Disorder.
• Separation Anxiety Disorder was changed from Sa to SA to avoid conflict with Schizoaffective Disorder.
• Persistent (Chronic) Tic Disorder was changed from PT to PTD to avoid conflict with “Personality Disorder-Trait Specified”.
• Major Depressive Disorder was changed from M to MDD to avoid conflict with Misophonia.
