Pearce Code, named after its inventor Tim Pearce, seems to target the gay subculture but claims not to be specific to it:

Do not however believe that this code is only for gay men, the code has been developed to be unbiased and of equal use to all corners of society.

This code includes attributes for the user’s penis size and foreskin.
