Plural Code is a code to describe Multiplicity systems.

As author extranth describes it:

The Plural Code (PLC) is a code designed to help plural systems convey a lot about their system in a short amount of space. It was inspired by the multiple code, another code for a similar purpose.

The Plural Code aims to be more simplified than the multiple code, but the multiple code may go into more detail than the plural code. This is NOT an attempt at replacing the MuC; only an alternative version of a system based code, and my utmost respect goes to the creators of the MuC and its redux.

This code has an optional emoji representation.

Decoder notes

The decoder works for both text and emoji. Subsystem names are not yet supported.

Text-based codes are sometimes ambiguous, e.g. β€œAG” could be β€πŸ–€ agender/genderless” or β€πŸŒΏ agenic” while β€œCS” could be β€πŸ’ cisgender” or β€βœ¨ call us sysmates”. Though it is sometimes clear from context, especially if the text is broken into seven groups, it is not always obvious. This decoder shows both answers if the answers are ambiguous or ungrouped but infers the categories if the code is grouped correctly.
