RGFcode is for users of FidoNet ru.game.flight to discuss their experiences and preferences with flight simulators. From a machine translation of the spec:

RGFcode is 2-3 lines of highly compressed information about the author of the computer letters inserted into his template. The prototype for it was Geek Code (idea) and MOONcode (some points). I took on its compilation for so that subscribers of the Fido echo conference RU.GAME.FLIGHT and similar it was easier for the subject to form an idea of who they were corresponding with.
