SabreLion’s Were Code derives from Furry Code but is intended for fans of werewolves and other were-animals.
As described on Orion Scribner’s Otherkin Timeline: The Recent History of
Elfin, Fae, and Animal
People, this code was written
for alt.horror.werewolves in February 1998, though it came after a similar
WereCode written by Blackfang and MegaDog written in 1996.
A third were code, written by Silverwere, does not have a
clear date.
